Review on waiting over 30 minutes past appointment time to be seen. I have to drive patient after appointment home, my time is important. They need to consider when they schedule, if patients will be seen on time. I have been to this office 3 times, always happens.
The doctor and nurses were very through and caring. I'm very satisfied with my treatment and looking forward to continuing it.
Excellent facility, doctor and staff. Highly recommend. Doctor determined I have early wet macular degeneration and administered an injection to stop further damage to my vision. Experienced a painless circular black floater for about five hours then it went away. Have normal vision after the black floater disappeared. No pain experienced at all
Front and back office staff are welcoming and patient. Questions are answered promptly or you are informed that doctor will answer. Dr. Alkaliby is compassionate with dementia patients and provides thorough exam and treatment.
Dr. Thomas is the best! Very caring and thorough, he explains everything and answers all of my questions. He has an excellent manner and I absolutely trust his judgement!
