I'm extremely upset with this practice. We started here in October of 2025 as a 2nd opinion for my mother (age 87) who had a detached retina and went blind in one eye. After she moved from MD in January, I took her in May of 2026. Her vision in her "good" eye was 20/25. She was on a bunch of different drops. He discontinued them all except one: prednisolone. It was not only prescribed, but given a refill with a follow up 3 months later. Well here we are and her vision is 20/50 and the doctor we saw today (it's a group so just a merry go round) asked my mom what she did to her eye to make it go bad. 1) Why would you ask someone that and 2) my mom has dementia so that completely stressed her out. and 3) it was the doctor in THEIR group who obviously prescribed the wrong drops. My husband was the one who took her so I called, very upset because upon a very easy search prolonged use of prednisolone can cause permanent damage and her sight may not get better and she only has one eye. I was put on a long hold and told someone would call me back. It's now 5:26pm so I guess she wasn't that important to them. Do NOT go to this practice if you want to be treated correctly. The sad thing was I stressed to the doctor when I was there in May that is was very important to keep the good eye good, so she doesn't go completely blind. I trusted the doctor because I don't have eye issues so I didn't think to double check a prescription that had been given. I'm so upset and if my mom goes blind it's on this practice.

I have a serious problem with my right eye and I was able to get an appointment, be examined and schedule surgery in a weeks time. All the staff are extremely nice and everything is explained in detail. I would highly recommend this practice. T Dukes Valdosta, GA

Poor customer service!! My 91 year old Dad had an appointment but they turned us away and wanted to reschedule in 2 weeks!! Took us 2 hours to drive, had to arrange care for my Mom on hospice while I took my Dad to this appointment. When being scheduled ( new eye stroke with clot and loss of vision) It was treated as urgent so we are scheduled as such. However!!! We were cancelled bc Dr did not feel well!! Ok well there are other Dr’s at this practice but no they wanted to scheduled my Dad a visit on a Saturday two weeks out! Very poor and dangerous practice for the care of your eyes!! Do not recommend! Go to a place that has knowledgeable secretary’s and most importantly a competent practice manager as he came out but said nothing but then sent one of the clerks outside to ask us to schedule my Dad two weeks out on a Saturday! DANGEROUS Practice at this location! BE AWARE! This was 5/20/26!!!

Scheduled for surgery with Jeroudi and he cancelled twice last minute. Once the day before and second at St Vincent's bedside after having IT'S, eyedrops and thought a surgery. We are in our 80s and got up at 4am to drive from southside to Riverside. Both times he stated did not have correct lenses and blamed St Vincent's Hospital. He could have checked in advance to see if correct lense was there. Do not recommend him at all
