The Florida Real Estate Institute was an extraordinary experience. In the beginning i was apprehensive about driving over an hour to get there and home every day but Neil talked it over with me and I am glad I stuck with it and entrolled. Our instuctor Roy, who without a thought is one of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to knowing the course material. He was patient and kind. We all knew the book and class which is only 63 hours was never enough to cover everything in 19 chapters. But with the state exam in our near future, he kept us on track. Dr Boarwright, who is so clever in the way he designed the course to be taught. He came in and checked on us students through the week. Every hand out, every study guide, and the workbooks given were spot on and extremely helpful! I could not be more proud to have completed the course with MyFrei and now even prouder since my schooling and studying helped me become a Florida Sales Associate. Thank you Dr. Boartwright and Roy
This place is so wonderful! I did the weeklong class and all curriculum was provided and even broke down to an understanding of what all needs to be studied. They are preparing you for greatness and wants everyone to pass their exams the first time. I highly recommend this school! (I did the class in Orange Park, instructor was phenomenal!)
FREI is by far the best. Having been apreviously licensed RE Salesperson & Certified RE Appraiser, in another state, I opted for an online course offered by another "school". It only left me dazed & confused. I was referred to FREI. Roy Brewer's teaching of Dr. Boatright's unique, masterful learning methods and curriculum gave me the knowledge, understanding and confidence to pass the school & State tests on the 1st attempt. Staff members Neal & Danielle are helpful & knowledgeable.
I loved taking both my pre and post licensing courses here. Laura and Lee made the classes enjoyable and came up with many entertaining ways to help us retain the information, they were a lot of fun to listen to. I passed my state exam on my first try, the material that you get from the class is extremely useful. Even after having to wait a very long time to take my test after passing the pre licensing course, I was able to do extremely well on the state exam because of the material- side note: they tell you to schedule your state exam before you start your class- listen to them. I highly recommend this school and will continue to use them in the future
Excellent experience! Took the real estate course in person. Choose the one week option. Also choose the extra study session. Passed both the school test final and the state licensing exam in the first try. So much law and math, and many legal terms you’ll need to learn- but once you have your license, you’ll get the real world schooling you’ll need to be a successful agent. I highly recommend this school. FREI teaches you what is needed to pass the test. Instructor was great. Customer service when calling has been amazing, and i still call every two years to verify classes needed to maintain my license. It was 7 years ago when I became licensed in the state, and have only purchased their post licensing courses instead of going elsewhere. Well worth the money. Good luck!
