Yesterday we had our garage pump explode, basically, because the outdoor pump had stopped pulling water from our well. We called Florida Pump Service urgently as new customers (service manager was excellent!) and Usher came out just 2 hours later. We were very happy with his patience, explanations and skill in fixing both pumps and getting us water back in a very short amount of time. Would recommend this company to anyone, thank you!
Had them come and look at my well pump, as it was pumping air. They did come out the next day to look at it which I appreciated. The young man that worked on it told us that our well was bad and scheduled someone to come out and quote us drilling a new well at a cost of 10k-30k. I had another company come out the following morning to look at it. They diagnosed the problem in about 30 minutes. Simply a broken pipe took about two hours to fix. I called Florida pump service back and spoke to the person that scheduled the appointment to try and get a resolution with the charge. They told me someone would reach out to me to take care of it. They only reached out to my checking account, never heard from them otherwise. the company that fixed it also told me that this was the third time in about several months they’ve had to come behind Florida pump service to re-diagnose a problem or fix work they had done.
These guys absolutely amazing. I had an emergency July 3. My pump wasn’t working. Tanya had Brian and Dave come to the rescue. These guys were very professional and fast. They were supposed to get off early that day and I was impressed with their attitudes. I had 100 guests coming for a pool party July 4th. Thanks to Tanya and these guys I was able to host a great 4th of July party. It’s the best service I’ve ever received from any type of business. I highly recommend
Brian was fantastic. Second time he has come out to work on my crazy system. He made it look so clean, went the extra mile, leveled, helped w gravel, I mean he just was a great pro, good work ethic, and good follow through. My pump, after a flood, was sinking into the earth and Brian saved the lines from snapping. So grateful for all his hard wrk. I am happy w Florida pump BECAUSE of Brian. Give that guy a raise!!! Also, the scheduling agent was very pleasant, courteous, and informative. I didn't catch her name but just another point in professionalism.
Garrett did a great job repairing my irrigation pump today. Quick, efficient and a reasonable price.
