I’m the wife of the patient and let me just say this place is a complete waste of time. My husband gets occasional cortisone injections in his spine and left his other pain management dr because that dr only does it under anesthesia. This procedure can absolutely be done w/o it and he’s had it done w/o it several years ago. During initial consultation they scheduled him for a day we realized later would not work so I called and left a voicemail to call me back (yes, you’ll always have to leave a voicemail because getting someone on the phone is like pulling teeth) at my number (I’m on his HIPAA) but instead of calling me back to schedule, the front office lady called him while he was at work so now I have to start the whole process again, leave vm, hope the person receiving the vm is intelligent enough to call the number I leave on the vm. When I made contact the next day 09/23/26 and was attempting to get the procedure rebooked, I was told there’s no anesthesia at a particular location. I said that won’t be a problem he’s not getting anesthesia. She said my husband elected for anesthesia and I know that’s a lie because that’s the whole reason he left the other pain management dr. So now we have inefficient office staff and a medical provider who couldn’t even get the details and notes correct. Why in the world would he then allow you to do the actual procedure when you can’t even get the easy, basic stuff right? We are running farrrrrrr away from this place. The incompetence is astounding.
Dr foltz and Sarah are amazing. I have gone to multiple locations to accommodate my schedule and they are always so personable and friendly. I am so glad I found this practice. Dr foltz definitely takes a more personalized approach to pain management and treats each person as an individual. I have never felt that typical judgement from some pain Drs like you do at other practices. I believe he has empathy and compassion towards his patients.
The doctors here are the only reason to come here. The support staff, especially front desk staff are rude and disrespectful. If someone needs a procedure they have to have someone WAIT IN THE LOBBY THE ENITRE TIME! They are never on time so a 845 appointment really means 930. They refuse to turn on TV in lobby and have WiFi but don’t know the password. Cops get called here often to deal with rude patients but the common problem here is clearly the staff. They also mix up WHERE your appointment is and neglect to tell you when you pick the next appointment. If I could give this dumpster fire a zero I would. GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!!
Dr. Foltz and his team are the best. Mariah and Abby at the front desk are always professional and welcoming. During my procedure and follow up appointment I was treated with the utmost respect. His entire staff were kind, efficient and they even made me laugh when I was nervous. Maria, Brittany, Vincent and Sarah worked so well together to help with my injections, they made me feel comfortable because they were nice and competent. Lois and Kyra were thorough and amazingly sweet during my follow up. Dr Foltz is always present and engaged in my care. He offers the most up to date procedures and my regenerative medicine therapy has been super successful. If any one has a bad experience with Dr Foltz or his team, they must be doing something really wrong.
Although I live over 30 minutes from the Dunn Ave. office, it is worth my drive! I have been visiting this team of professionals for many years and I would not have it any other way. I always feel as though they value my time and listen whole-heartedly to my concerns/problems. I have gained more than just simple Dr. visits there, I have also gained a new mindset that has been more beneficial than anything. They are an Incredible group of people starting at the front desk all the way to the last lady you check out with and I’d highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking this type of medical guidance.
