It's always a great experience working with Woody & his team at Florida Mortgage Corp. He's consistently timely with every step of the process and keeps all parties involved in the transaction updated from start to finish. I've worked with Woody on transactions ranging from Mobile Homes to newbuilds and am continually impressed with his wide range of expertise. If you're looking for a loan Florida Mortgage Corp is my #1 recommendation.
Working with Woody and his team was great. He was quick to communicate and we trusted him through the whole process of buying our first home. Thank you!!
My husband and I loved working with Woody during our home buying process. He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with us (ok, with me…I was a little nutty with nerves lol). We highly recommend Woody and his team!
Woody Sitterson at Florida Mortgage Corp is my #1 choice of recommendation for my friends and clients. After 25 years in real estate sales and finance, I know that my clients will receive the best service working with one seasoned professional from loan app to closing. Woody is that guy. Mild mannered, clear communication, and willing to explain anything along the way. Larger companies have taken up this pass you down the line approach with entirely too many people involved, clients never really knowing where they are in process, and who is in charge of their file and information. Not Florida Mortgage Corp ! Seamless great service, best rates, best communication at all times. Prepare to be impressed and call Woody.
We could not have made a better decision than to use Woody and his group for our home purchasing experience. They were honest, communicative, and incredibly on top of everything. They eased the stress that is typically associated with buying a home by ensuring all necessary parties were on top of their portion of the process. They will be our first recommendation to anyone we know looking to buy a home.
