Sam is not just a pleasure to work with and talk to, he will go above and beyond in every facet to get you the best loan and take care of you and your needs at any moment. I probably could have gotten annoying with how often I would call and ask questions and how much I enjoyed chatting with him -- but he felt like a friend helping me out more than a lender trying to get his bag. Really, I don't think without Sam's attention and drive to get us taken care of we would be in the position we are today with our dream home, and exactly in the mortgage that works for us. Sam will have your back, 110% of the way and you'll always feel comfortable and confident no matter what happens during the process because he WILL take care of you. I've never felt so personally looked after during the process of buying a home before, and if I ever need to buy another for any reason, Sam will unquestionably be the man we go to. Absolutely grateful to him for improving my family's life by getting us into the home we have. There's not enough words to express how much his work is appreciated. You won't find a better lender if you tried. Trust me.

Sam Gorniak at Mettle Mortgage is all the things you want in a mortgage broker - knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and FAST.
