I got in and out very quickly, which I needed since I was on my lunch break. The facility was very clean and quiet. The person who helped me process my request was very friendly. The guard who greets you at the door and gives you the proper documents to fill out as you wait is awesome. Don't ever lose the greetings they truly needed for those of us who come in full of anxiety and rushing. Her helpful smile and heartfelt greeting lowered my anxiety and rush of emotions as I was there due to a family members death. Not the usual experience you expect coming to a state building
Nice and professional guards and Staff. Both go out of their ways to help customers with polite attitudes and great skills an great knowledge of their work skills.
I found it crazy that they had hardcore proof a nurse was in illegal activities along with other doctors and nurses and they did absolutely nothing about it. Their investigation was calling their friends and families and the same people who were in the activities too and let them get away with it.
Very helpful, the security guard is always amazing, very polite.
Ask to make an appointment, get put on hold for about an hour.
