Florida Fudousan / Moxii Pro Realty

I have complete confidence in Florida Fudousan and have recommended them to members of my own family. Kimiko and her team guided me through my first home purchase, making what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and straightforward. Throughout the journey, I always felt they had my best interests at heart and took the time to explain every step along the way. Years later, they continued to support me by helping transition that same property into a successful rental investment. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to their clients have earned my trust. When it comes to real estate, Florida Fudousan is the team I rely on and confidently recommend to others.

Florida Fudousan / Moxii Pro Realty provided outstanding real estate service from start to finish. They gave me sound, practical advice on deciding when to continue renting versus buying a home, which helped me time my purchase perfectly. When I was ready to buy, their team expertly guided me through a complex VA-backed assumed loan process, making the entire transaction smooth and stress-free despite the challenges involved. They now serve as my property manager and continue to deliver excellent results, maintaining almost no gaps in tenant vacancies and handling operations professionally. Their expertise, reliability, and client-focused approach make them a top choice for anyone in the St Augustine, Jacksonville, and St Johns areas needing real estate or property management support. Highly recommend!

Kimiko has done an outstanding job of managing the entire process from start to finish. She's been involved end-to-end, whether it was helping us locate a property, showing us the locations we were interested in or working tirelessly to help us sort through the negotiating and closing processes - she has been central to making this a success! We have leaned heavily on her to navigate many of the back-end operations that are unfamiliar to us. She has also shown an excellent eye for detail and notices things that we didn't observe or consider. Her long experience as realtor was extremely helpful and, of course, that helped us save money! Thank you again, Kimiko, for your steadfast work! I'd give you 10 stars, if I could! :)

Very happy with the Florida Fudousan team, they did a great job marketing and selling our home, handled everything from prep to closing, and we sold on the first offer!
