Disappointed with Our Experience We purchased a truck from this dealership, and less than a week later, it started making a concerning noise. I immediately contacted the dealership and even sent them a video of the noise so they were aware of the issue right away. We took the truck to a shop to have it looked at, and unfortunately, we were told the repair is going to cost approximately $1,400. The issue is also not covered under the extended warranty we purchased with the truck. I understand that the truck was sold “as is,” and I knew that when we purchased it. However, I also feel that when you spend a significant amount of money on a vehicle, it is very disappointing to have a major issue arise within less than a week of the purchase. I contacted the dealership hoping they would be willing to work with us in some way or help make the situation right, but I was told they were not going to do anything. I’m not expecting a dealership to be responsible for every problem that happens after a sale, but I do believe that an issue occurring almost immediately after purchase deserves some consideration and customer service. Unfortunately, based on how this situation was handled, I cannot say that I’m satisfied with our experience. *in response to owner’s comment. We did message you on Facebook and told you exactly what the dealership said was wrong with it and the response from you was “I definitely can’t help with that”. So no, it wasn’t for lack of communication. You refused to help from the start.

Do not leave a deposit and expect to get it back! You would think honest people would refund your money if you didn’t like it or there was an issue. Especially when they say they would drop Price if you would deposit now and give you a great deal to tempt you into leaving deposit. Beware buyers they like to falsely advertise great things about vehicles that are not true. Thanks Cole for being a JERK see ya and not sure what your yelp garbage you sent me was didn’t open it. They like taking your money whether the deal Is done or not! An honest business would give you your money back because they have confidence in being able to sell quality vehicles. I have text as well that said if you leave deposit I will drop it to 15,800. I never Nit-picked the truck. I said it did not have enough bells and whistles for me and your response was I was seeing ghost. Good luck with taking peoples hard earn money for free in the future!! Be better COLE refund people their money if your a good salesman!!

Excellent prices and communication with a down to earth owner who shows you everything on vehicle. I got mine shipped to me in swfl and it was exactly as it was shown and explained to me on FaceTime . No surprises! Just the vehicle as described👍I would highly recommend your vehicle needs here as honest people are hard to find these days.

My wife and I had such a great experience with them. James with Florida Direct Auto was solid all around My wife and I have been looking for a 2005-2009 Lexus GX470 for a months. We found one that had potential to meet our price range and mileage several weeks ago. We found a silver one on Car Gurus and called the number immediately. I reached James. He told me it had already sold (sold the day he listed it) We spoke for a few minutes, told him about our wants/needs for a GX470. He informed us that they specialize in GXs and 4Runners. When they receive the Vehicle, first things is all maintenance and replacing the timing belt and water pumps (very important on GXs every 60-90k miles) He let me know he had one he thought would make a good fit coming in. So we exchanged numbers and our search continued. Fast forward another couple weeks we haven’t found anything. Lots of options but after inspections they were junk, completely rusted under bodies, no services done etc. then, I get a text from James “hey man, that black GX will be done tomorrow” He sent over the Carfax and the list of upgrades they have done on the vehicle. The next afternoon he sent about 60 we’ll lit pics, videos, and even hopped on FT with me to do a full walk around, showed under the body, hood, engine bay, and went for a text drive etc. we talked about a price and bought it that day! No issues at all, super relaxed feeling and no anxiety. James answered every question, sent us every pic and video we asked for and it was a done deal. We live on the west coast and this car is in Florida. James set up delivery with a very affordable price and the vehicle arrived here the next week. This was the best experience I’ve personally had buying a used vehicle and we could be more happy. Definitely appreciate your help James and I hope I can send some more GX people your way!!
