Florida Coastal Contractors, LLC

With our kids grown we recently downsized, but really missed our pool and were anxious to get one at our new property. It's a smaller back yard with a great view that would fit something larger than a plunge or cocktail pool, but definitely smaller than a traditional build. We had this concept of what I call a "Pony Pool" not full-grown but not entirely small either... I had 4 contractors visit with one of them being FCC. The first 2 talked a big game and then had zero follow-up - none. They obviously hate money. The 3rd was a decent group that created an OK design, however they didn't really have the expertise to get the most out of the space. They too flaked-out and were hit/miss with communicating as the process progressed. We then reached out to FCC and within less than 24hrs met with Brian and Matt. Very professional, polite, and they got right to it. They took detailed measurements and dealt with the set-back challenges to create the absolutely perfect pool for the space. It's exactly what we were looking for without going completely crazy feature wise. The material selection process was thorough and easy. Once the shovel hit the ground all the teams got to work and completed the build in 7 weeks. This is the first pool we've built outside of an actual house build including a pool so we were dreading it. Jessica and Teresa were in regular communication to make sure we knew what to expect when. This is not easy work... I give FCC 6 out of 5 stars!! Job very, very well done!

Quality craftsmanship along with courteous and professional staff. We really enjoyed the process and watching them work to design/build our dream backyard. The end product was beyond our expectations! Highly recommended for anyone in the market for a pool!

We love our pergola they built. It is very sturdy and the craftsman that built it shaped the beam ends by hand. Clean and efficient workspace. We had some communication issues which to me is typical for residential contractors now. FCC worked hard to resolve any issues and gave us a beautiful pergola we will enjoy for many years.

Florida Coastal Contractors did an outstanding job, planning, creating, executing and building the perfect pool for my small backyard! They did a lot of paver work as well. All of it looks stunning and has increased the value of my house. I would highly recommend them for any pool or paver job!! They were professional, timely and responded to all concerns even after they completed the pool!
