This is a great place to stop. It’s more than just a gas station — they also have a small mini-museum-style area with baby alligators and one large alligator that really shows how big these animals can get. Definitely stop here if you’re passing by. The fresh orange juice is natural and tastes amazing.
The Florida Citrus Center was such a fun stop! I came in for oranges and was impressed by how much they had. The citrus selection was great and the oranges I picked up were fresh and delicious. Inside the shop they have tons of souvenirs, gifts, jams, sauces, and local products to browse. The store is colorful and full of unique Florida themed items, which made it really fun to walk through. One of the coolest surprises was that they even had a baby alligator you could see up close! That definitely made the visit memorable. If you’re looking for fresh citrus and a fun little Florida souvenir stop, this place is worth checking out.
One of the many "Citrus World" theme stores in the state. It is a fun visit prior to leaving Florida. Love the black cat roaming around the store, clearly employee of the month of that location. Fun souvenirs and of course, oranges 🍊.
You don’t see too many citrus stops in Florida these days. This is one that reminds me of my childhood. We had these all over. They had many Florida gifts, tee shirts, snacks, free sample of orange juice and orange slices, oranges by the bag or single, and they had a couple baby gators to see. It was a fun stop and we filled up the gas tank.
Just like we remember (except bathrooms.. yes, they need a cleaning but the women's was quite usable. Men's smelled. They used to stay clean). Instead of keeping fruit outside, they have rocks painted. As hot as it is, it is a great idea. There is a 5.00 t-shirt and hat rack near baby gators. Free sample orange juice, orange and grapefruit wedges. If you have young children, lots for them to "grab", tempting! Enough cheaper prices souvenirs for all.
