It has been a real pleasure working with Florida Certified Contractors (FCC). As a property manager, I work with a lot of contractors and vendors, and it is refreshing to work with a team of true construction professionals who are honest, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely care about doing the job right. FCC has gone above and beyond in helping me understand every step of the process—not only with me, but also with our residents and Board members. They have always taken the time to explain the work, the costs, the timelines, and what we should expect along the way. I especially want to recognize Brian Roberts, who has been an incredible resource throughout our projects. Brian has been in my office multiple times a week providing updates, answering questions, and making sure I always knew where things stood. His communication and willingness to help have made a huge difference.TJ Touchton has also been an important part of our experience with FCC from the very beginning. TJ has been with us since the bid package was developed and has helped take the project from something on paper to reality. He has been instrumental in helping us understand estimating, costs, timelines, and the practical side of getting these projects completed. I truly appreciate the entire FCC team and the way they have worked with our Association. Brian and TJ are both outstanding representatives of the company, and FCC is very fortunate to have them. If you are looking for a contractor who will communicate, be honest with you, know their stuff, and actually walk you through the process, I highly recommend FCC Construction. Five stars all the way!
We have been long-standing customers of FCC for many years, and our experience continues to exceed expectations. Brandon Welker has successfully guided us through two major projects, with one recently completed and another currently underway. The residents of Valencia at South Beach and our Board of Directors have great trust in his work, professionalism, and genuine care for our community. FCC has supported us through multiple structural projects, including pavers, windows, and, most recently, our garages, and each time their team has maintained a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Brandon’s oversight and communication make even large projects feel manageable, and the FCC team is always dependable, even after project completion, when questions arise regarding closeout documents. We truly value the partnership we have with FCC and cannot thank them enough for making our community a priority day in and day out. A special thank you to Adam Russo and Brandon Welker for their dedication and exceptional care of our property. We highly recommend FCC for any upcoming projects.
Recently they fixed the water leak in my patio , did a excellent job. I live in Montreaux in the Deerwood lake condo. Recommend them highly Thank you
FCC always does an outstanding job! This is the 5th project they’ve done for us and every job is done right the first time. Their project managers are very responsive. Their crews are professional, polite, talented and always leave a clean job site. When you live near the water you have a lot of maintenance and repairs and FCC will always be the first call we make.
We have been customers of FCC for 8+ years. The professionalism, integrity and craftsmanship has been top notch. We recently completed a renovation from the roof, doors, windows, flooring, plumbing and stairwells all within budget and timelines. The team worked on our site and kept the areas clean and safe. I would recommend Adam and his team for any upcoming projects. When a project is completed, we can still count on FCC to assist with questions on the closeout documents. We have already booked FCC for our next renovation, knowing the quality and reliability of their team.
