About as terrible as you would expect from a greedy insurance company in today's world. They are denying critical medicine thinking they know more than the doctor calling it in, causing additional pain and costs to the patient they are supposed to be looking out for. Currently, this insurance company is the root cause for prolonging the pain and the treatment. Great job Florida Blue
I called today 6/16 around 1pm. I called the main number I was on the phone over 45 minutes then they transferred me to Prime Therapeutics regarding my medication. So called Senior Specialist that lady was very rude and arrogant and she kept talking over me. Worthless. So called Senior Specialist was Worthless and she doesn't know anything about customer service Worthless and terrible staff they don't care. She was so nasty ahe got frustrated . Worthless insurance with Worthless rude staff specially the Prime Therapeutics Senior Specialist.
If I could give negative stars, I would. The worst insurance company on the face of the earth. I had signa before this and it was an amazing experience. Sorry excuse of an insurance company that will take your money.Lock you out of your account and not help you.When you are in need. And everyone in customers service that I have talked to has been non helpful and hangs up on you.When they don't like what you have to say.
Unethical company that outright denies every pre authorization for medications they don't want to pay for despite them being the standard of care and for which there are NO alternatives. They had the audacity to deny a peer-to-peer, which is completely unacceptable and an insult to the expertise of my physician. They also change specialty pharmacies without notification resulting in critical medication disruptions putting patient safety and quality of life at risk.
The customer service when calling the 800 # is not use friendly. Holding for over 10 min because the system insists that you use the virtual help is ridiculous. Then it's like the assistant is buffering and you go nowhere. It's very frustrating! A sign of the times? I don't know.
