The preparer inflated fees and tried to justify her actions. The prepares has charged multiple people different fees without providing a breakdown. I asked what were the fees she responded stating there was an itemized statement of the fees and there was not. She told me she charged $350 but I was charged $524. Tried calling but she only wanted to respond through text then blocked me after.
