Visited on a busy Saturday afternoon and expected long delays, but the staff managed the crowd well. There was a brief wait for water testing, though the results were explained thoroughly afterward. The advice was useful, and my pool has stayed balanced much longer since then.
Facilities could use some work from the city, but the teams there are awesome, great coaches, and doing what they can to upgrade the grounds
Another summer where no one picks up the phone or posts actual pool hours.
Went once a week for three consecutive weeks and pool was closed every time because it had no chlorine. The website said they were open and had plenty of lifeguards yet no one will answer the phone . How can you keep running out of chlorine? I feel like the lifeguards just did not want to open pool .
I think the negative reviews are just from unhappy people. Sometimes things happen and the pool can’t be open but the staff are wonderful and the pool is a great place to go if you don’t have a pool home or want to change from going to the beach. We love it.
