Visited the Welcome Center, and the staff was terrific—professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to seeing what this CCRC becomes once construction is complete. It already shows a lot of promise!
This is a preconstruction sales office for a new Continuous Care Retirement Community that won’t be available until 2028. When complete it should be top of the line. Right now they have 160 deposits out of 190 residences. Only gave 3 stars since it is presently just a sales office trailer.
