Ben at Flask & Cannon absolutely set the gold standard for customer service. From the moment we walked in, he was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our experience exceptional. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and his recommendations were spot-on, every drink felt thoughtfully crafted and perfectly suited to our tastes. What really stood out was how effortlessly he balanced professionalism with personality. He checked in at just the right moments, made us feel taken care of without being intrusive, and created an atmosphere that was both relaxed and memorable. It’s rare to come across service that feels this personal and polished at the same time. Ben didn’t just do his job, he elevated the entire experience. We’ll definitely be back because of him. I didn’t take any pictures but I want to give some quick props to Flask & Canon and V’s pizza. Took an old foodie friend to the JB location on a rainy Sunday with about 90 minutes to kill. Sat at the bar like I like. These people have serious food and beverage skills. Started with a $10 happy hour painkiller cocktail, hard to mess up but nicely balanced. 10 V’s signature wings (garlic topped with carmalized onions, just phenomenal) for only $2/. Finished with a Negroni just to test ‘em. (I wasn’t driving.) Every item was spot on. 🍹 🍗 🔥 What a quality, cool, fun option it is to have these 2 gems as part of our local culinary scene. 😎 — at Flask & Cannon.

The second time we’ve been to dine in and I can’t say enough about how amazing our experience has been every single time we’ve gotten the pizza. The best pizza in Jax, hands down. Flask and Cannon also provides such great drinks and service! Our favorite place to go on the beach 😊

Absolutely hidden gem in Springfield! The Old Bank Vault room is stunning and the bartenders are true mixologists. Best night out we've had in Jacksonville in a long time.
