This is my FAVORITE pizza place in Jacksonville, FL. I always order from work and home. They always have deals as well. One time I picked up and the cashier was so nice. Today the delivery driver AJ came so fast that I thought I would beat him running to the store and he called me when I was on the way back. I felt so bad and he was so nice and positive about the situation although I was 5 mins away he didn’t have to wait but he did and so nice about it. I made sure to tip him. I love pizza and as a Chicago native it’s so hard to please me but this place is my favorite.
I tried to like this place. It's really hit or miss. Like that it's open and delivers late. They got my order wrong once before but it wasn't this bad. This time they send me a cheese and garlic pizza on a triple pepperoni threat pizza order.. with no pepperonis added at all. I did ask for garlic but how do you miss the pepperoni? Paid for the specialty pizza and 20% tip. Good lord, guess y'all don't want the business.
I've only ever had take out from Five Star, but I can honestly say that this is my favorite take out pizza place. There's something about the cheese they use that makes the pizza unbelievably delicious!! Garlic knots are🔥 too!! Definitely recommend!!
The service here is trash. I’ve made multiple requests to multiple people all claiming to be a manager on getting my address added to their delivery list. My neighbors can order 5 star but I cannot, same neighborhood, homes been here for over two years. Apparently no one working at this store is capable of doing anything other than adding toppings on a pizza.
Five Star is great! I love the people at the St John’s Bluff JAX location! The pizza is always delicious! The people are always friendly and helpful!
