The restaurant was busy with both dining in and drive-thru. I would also assume busy with taking to go orders as well. The cashier was polite and friendly and make sure to alert us that there will be at least a 6-minute wait for our spicy chicken sandwiches. We did appreciate the information. Although they did appear to be enough staff, they all seemed very rushed. We received our food in about 10 minutes. The sandwiches were made sloppy. The ingredients were piled in the middle of the sandwich making it very hard to eat. We would suggest, instead of shredded lettuce, to use a solid piece of lettuce.
Im actually pretty pissed off right now. I've lived near this place for 2 years now and just tried them for the 1st time tonight. I ordered the special which is a large 1 topping pizza and garlic knots for $17.99. The reason im pissed is because I could have been eating here this whole time!! Both the pizza and garlic knots were delicious! The sauce is amazing, the crust is nice and chewy and crisp on the edges. This is by far the best pizza I've had in Jacksonville. Give em a try you won't be disappointed
I used to love Five Star. Moved to Washington. Came back for a visit and was extremely disappointed. Pizza was not even cut and cinnamon rolls were hard. They actually made noise when knocking on them. Was told pizza would be ready in 3 minutes when we showed up for pickup. Took another 15 minutes. While at the window the staff actually picked up and hung up the phone several times.
I devoured their pineapple pizza. I love their big slices. Two took care of me but the third topped me off for dinner. I was upset that I didn't leave room for the wings. The hot wings showed my nose no mercy, it was just letting me know that they were unenjoyed deliciousness. I'm just so happy I have food for like 2 more meals. Their style of cheese makes the pie. It's not greasy and all fulfilling. Will be ordering from here again.
Mad disgusting. I order LIGHT cheese and EXTRA sauce on my pizzas and received a pizza last night that was almost entirely just a block of cheese, completely inedible. Wrong crust type, too. Do the staff even read their orders or do they just make whatever they want? Stick with Dominos.
