I have shopped at this Five Below location since it has first opened many years ago and today I was confronted by a worker upfront because I accidentally put an item in a bag without scanning it and I had 2 items that were the same price and I was going to put the other item back because they were both $5.38 cents and I did call customer service about the situation and now the district manager is involved in it and my whole story got twisted while I was talking to the customer service representative and she literally said so you walked out of the store with both items I said no I scanned the other item because it was the same price and I didn't realize I didn't scan the first item and I don't want to be thrown out of this location I'm a good customer and of you do decided to ban me from the store it's fine with me I will shop online or just have my mom or friend go shop in their for me from now on! I'm not a theif I want this to be known! I don't want this to happen to anyone else either because some people do this all the time sometimes you forget you have the item in you're hand and your forgot to scan it
