Awesome venue! I was nervous about attending with my little one after reading all the strict rules online about what was and wasn't allowed. However, every single person—from the outside staff to the manager—could not have been nicer or more helpful in assisting me and my kids throughout the event. They made us feel genuinely welcome. At most venues, you're often treated like a number, but here we felt like valued guests. The entire team went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had a great experience. Before the show, I emailed them numerous times with questions, and every response was reassuring. They consistently told me, "We've got you. We welcome kids and we're here to help." They absolutely lived up to that promise. Their kindness and customer service exceeded all expectations, and I couldn't be more grateful.

Great venue with a friendly staff. No problems in or out of the hall. The bar was fast and cold. Great sound and a beautifully set up balcony for VIP. Damn nice place overall. Staff should be proud.

Horrible venue, friendly staff. Showed up right at the show start time and there was still a line that wrapped around the street corner to get in. This was an hour after doors opened. Took another hour to get into the venue and we missed the first band. How does this happen? Literally missed a part of the show we payed for because the venue couldn’t handle getting people into the doors in a timely manner. Truly unacceptable. I will consider missing shows I want to see if they’re being held at this venue. Event organizers should miss this venue and book their shows at a place where they can get people in the doors in a timely manner. I’ll be keeping tabs on this review to make sure the venue doesn’t delete it because they’ve already been caught fabricating reviews. Do better, FIVE. You get ONE (star, that is).
