First Society Boutique

Really cute store with great brands, but unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience when trying to make a return within the 7-day policy. The entire store was 30% off during last week’s Moms & Mimosas event, but I was told my item was technically “final sale.” The item wasn’t on a sale rack, this wasn’t communicated at the time of purchase, and the receipt didn’t indicate “final sale” next to it, unlike another item I purchased that was actually marked down and final sale. I was happy to accept store credit, as I knew the store only offers exchanges or store credit. The staff member even mentioned that another customer had also tried to return an item purchased during the same event, which made me feel that the final-sale policy wasn’t clearly communicated. While I did receive store credit, I was told it must be used within 30 days, which I didn’t see noted on my receipt under the return policy. I didn’t challenge this and was kind and understanding throughout the interaction. In my mind running a store wide promotion is completely different than buying an item on a sale rack. What disappointed me most was how I was treated and made to feel during the process. I love supporting local businesses, but customers shouldn’t feel uncomfortable or shamed for attempting a return. It makes me not even want to go back to use my store credit. I hope the boutique takes this feedback into consideration and improves their customer service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First Society is one of the best clothing boutiques in Neptune Beach. The selection is beautifully curated with stylish pieces that feel both elevated and wearable for the beach lifestyle. Every time I stop in I find something unique, and the quality of the clothing is fantastic. The boutique itself is gorgeous and has such a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere that makes shopping really enjoyable. If you’re shopping in Neptune Beach or anywhere around the Jacksonville beaches, First Society is definitely a must-visit boutique.

Love love love this store. Always a go-to for casual pieces or something special to add to my wardrobe. Friendly customer service too!!

The products were nice but the staff member working was so rude. We asked to see a pair of earrings and the woman said “that’s one of our most expensive lines” in a snooty tone. It was a very “pretty woman”experience. We did like the merchandise but decided not to buy anything there bc the woman was so rude but got tons of great items at all the other cute boutiques in the area.
