Great service all around. We had our house built in 2013 and it is just over 3000 sq ft with one bedroom/bathroom upstairs. Long story short, our builder installed a 3-Ton unit with "Dampers" to direct air flow to 3 zones through out the house. This set up caused our unit to wear out faster because it just couldn't keep up during the hottest months (June - Sept) and would freeze up multiple times during this period. We got quotes from a few companies, but First Responder was the only one that gave us multiple quotes for different units (3, 4, 5 ton), explained the difference, and gave us their honest opinion on which unit would be best. We went with their recommendation, 4 ton unit, and it has worked perfect.
Ryan and his team are wonderful to work with. We’ve used larger HVAC companies in the past, and the difference is night and day. As a smaller local business, Ryan truly cares about his customers and takes the time to make sure the job is done right.
I highly recommend First Responders AC! I have had a few AC issues over the years and they have been quick to respond and fix the issue. They are always so polite and professional and go above and beyond to help ensure everything is running correctly. Travis is amazing, so honest and trustworthy!! This is a great company!

Amazing contractor with outstanding customer service. I cannot recommend this company more. They are super responsive, honest and they care about their customers. We had a problem with our air handler and Jeremy and Ryan spent a lot of time locating and ordering the correct parts to get us up and running quickly. No other company would go to the lengths that they did. I issue building permits and deal with contractors on a weekly basis. This company far exceeds the standards that I see with other contractors. Give them a call if you are looking for a company that focuses on integrity and customer service.
