Recently moved here two weeks ago from New York not knowing anything about Yulee or any banks here but Anna Pollard and staff from First Federal Bank made us feel like family,I love the way they made us feel at home
They are always ready to help. Very comfortable to talk with. Caring and they go above and beyond. Jenny, Von, Anna and Rachel have made my experiences most positive and pleasant!!! Kudos Ladies !! Well done!
I Have had a personal and business account for the last 15 years with First Federal Bank, and I have been very pleased with them in every way. It's a pleasure banking there. The Men and Women that work out front that we have more contact with daily or weekly are amazing people. I enjoy baking there with them
Some of the most beautiful people work here! I love the smiling attitudes! Everyone is the best tip top people that could work here and I honestly enjoy coming back to this branch!
Absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with! If you enjoy fees and penalties this is your bank!
