Brought my little girl who’s 4 for emergency services. And they were great! I don’t even have words! She ended up being there 6 days! Every person I made contact with was a 10! Their bedside manner was remarkable! They loved on my girl. And made me feel comfortable leaving her in their hands! They called and we walked through her options. Twice we were going to lose her! And they really put a lot of thought into her care! She is now doing amazingly well! I would recommend anyone who has a pet that if they need any emergency care for their pet! This is where they need to go! One pic is of me visiting her at the hospital! Other two are she’s at home
I had to bring my dog in for potential surgery after being referred by my primary vet. This was a very stressful and emotional time for my husband and I. We called on the way there and they were more than willing to accommodate us. They walk you through every step of the process when you are there and made us feel comfortable. The doctor came to sit with us to address all options, discussed pricing and answered all of our questions. The next day I called back twice and had more questions, they answered everything and I ended up bringing him back in for another consult. They again, were more than willing to accommodate us. Again, we asked a lot of questions, and again they addressed all of our concerns. We left the second time feeling more relaxed and with more understanding of our dogs condition. They send you all discharge and invoices/estimates digitally that same day- which is great so I can file with my insurance. We spoke with 2 different technicians, Dr. Davis and one of the surgeons (as well as front desk) when we were there. Everyone was very friendly, caring and understanding. Thankfully, he is recovering well so far and we did not need to do the surgery.
This practice is compassionate, understanding, knowledgeable.... they explained everything and were very loving and caring while our Reggie was with them ..since we picked him up has continued to be very helpful. Highly recommend. Dr Fox was wonderful
If you need emergency vet services, look no further. EVERY SINGLE staff member I have come into contact with has been unbelievable. Dr. Fox and The wonderful Dr. Eich gave us extra time with our baby after a tough splenectomy. I am furever grateful for the extra time they gave him with my family.
They were amazing with my cat, Boro. He had to have emergency surgery, and we were recommended to them by our home vet. They were quick and got in touch with me immediately. They have very good communication and are very informative. Anytime you call, they answer your questions and get you help immediately. You can tell they truly care about your animal and love what they do. I definitely recommend going to them if you need anything!
