Fantastic company!! We brought a computer in for repair and it was done quickly, however, they had a white one custom built sitting there calling my name. I couldn't resist and bought it and it's the best computer I've ever had!! Prices are great, selection is great and we're customers for life!
Ben and Taylor are awesome at what they do and everything was perfect. I came in for a special soldering request and it was beyond high quality. Very good skills and knowledge. I will definitely be back soon. Plus they buy,sell, and repair tech and electronics and sell several types of PC’s they build which are beautiful and the craftsmanship and quality on their PC’s are top notch and very impressive. I think it’s very cool all the different services they offer. But most of all they are very fair with pricing. This is the place to go to always.
Brought in for new battery and replace charging port (iPhone). Charge port $150, but I had tried cleaning it (blow out compressed air etc) and it wouldn't work, so figured I needed it replaced. They did the battery and were able to clean the charge port. I was fully prepared to pay for a new port, and they could have easily charged the $150 but only charged for the battery. Good service, reasonably fast. I would certainly use them again.
I can't recommend this place enough! I needed the HDMI port on my PlayStation 5 repaired, and after getting quotes from several places, they had the best price by far. Not only were they the most affordable, but the quality of service was outstanding. When I called, Collin answered all my question’s and was very patient with me, he’s very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to get me in for a same-day appointment. Even better, my PS5 was repaired and ready to pick up by the end of the day! Both gentlemen were professional, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me. They treated my console with great care and made the entire process stress free. It's hard to find businesses that are this reliable and trustworthy these days. If you need any tech repairs, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be coming back for any future tech needs. Thank you for the amazing service!
I had an excellent experience with First Coast Tech! Ben provided outstanding customer service and completed a same-day replacement of my laptop's fan and keyboard. He was knowledgeable, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. The repair was completed quickly, and my laptop is running like new again. It's hard to find fast, reliable service these days, but First Coast Tech exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Ben and Taylor to anyone needing computer repairs!
