Excellent customer service. I was in the area on another errand and needed to pick up a gallon of paint. The store is over 20 minutes from my home and I was about 10 minutes from the store when I called. It was about 1 minute from the closing time when I called. Brian offered to wait until I arrived which was about 15 minutes later due to traffic. I really appreciated not having to go to the store the next day which would have taken over 40 minutes round trip. Many thanks to Brian for his exceptional customer service.
Here’s a natural, fluent translation: This is the best materials supplier in Jacksonville. They always have the best prices, and everything you need is always in stock. On top of that, Bryan is by far the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He’s always willing to help, answer questions, and recommend the best products and solutions for your project. If you’re renovating or looking for a reliable supplier for chemicals and materials, I 100% recommend going to them.
Exceptional service, they deliver anywhere, and quickly. Brian's experience and knowledge of coatings is unmatched. I used to be a SW guy, but their quality has gone downhill. For a couple bucks more, Ben Moore makes my job quicker and easier, with a superior product.
20/10 stars!! Customer service is FANTASTIC and their quality is wonderful! We needed a specific shade matched to our house that’s had about 8 years of wear in the Florida sun and they matched it PERFECTLY! Definitely worth it (:
Had a very expensive and difficult stain project to do. I was intimidated and fearful that I would mess up the project. Bryan walked me through the process with a very easy wipe on stain that worked perfectly. Every step of the way he was there for assistance and consultation. The project turned out amazing!!! The best paint and stain store in town. Highly recommend, super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you so much for all your help.
