I've been working with First Coast IT over eight months now for desktop, telephony and network issues. I recommend them unreservedly. They are a fantastic team. They are always available, they pay close attention to your needs and provide helpful, timely, value-added solutions. The feel of the relationship is more collegial than vendor-client which is always appreciated. Special mention to Eddie Mullins, Mike Prince and David Fletcher for making my life much much easier.
We love First Coast IT! David has been our main point of contact, but everyone we deal with has been fantastic. They are quick to respond to any of our needs and have been great at helping us with all of the things we know nothing about. Highly recommend.
First Coast IT has been wonderful to work with. They are always responsive and extremely knowledgeable. We use them for our nonprofit and their work has been completed with the utmost professionalism. Highly recommend this group.
We operate a business in North Eastern Florida, we used their services in setting up our network as well as our phone system. I refer them often to any one I know who has an office or is in need of any type of IT solution for their business. We met, I went over what I needed and they showed me the tools they had to fit my needs. Very helpful.
IF your company doesn't have an IT department, it should. First Coast IT has been wonderful getting our company up and running with hardware and applications to make our job as easy as possible. If we have a question, they're always ready to answer it. They know their stuff. Highly recommended.
