Lisa is a terrific agent! I didn't realize signing up for Medicare and choosing a Medicare Advantage plan would be so complicated, but it was. Lisa made it so easy! When I told her I was caring for 2 aging parents and my time was limited, she went to work for me. She asked questions about my health and life needs, then did all the leg work for me. She sent me 3 plans and I chose one. After a short phone conversation, it was done. What a gift she was to me!! Lisa is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I just can't say enough nice things about Lisa Ference, insurance broker. It would take up to much paper...First of all I am not one who makes changes easily. That being said I was very hesitant in making this change to a new health care insurance. I had Blue Cross for ever..Lisa not only made the whole experience easy and pleasant but she came to my house several times because I had fallen in the back yard and in a lot of pain (x rays showed nothing) It wasn't until I had a cat scan that there was a definite fracture after 30 days of walking on it. Lisa was understanding and very companionate and caring for what I was going through. She also goes the extra mile and keeps us all informed as to what is going on in the health care plans, keeping us up to date and informed as to which one is good for us.
