We recently used First Coast Home Pro’s for carpet and tile cleaning, and the experience was outstanding. Seth, the technician, did an excellent job—especially on my mom’s carpet, which was heavily stained. The results were impressive, and the carpet looks so much better. Seth was not only highly skilled but also professional, courteous, and friendly throughout the entire process. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about delivering great service. We were extremely pleased with the results and the overall experience. I highly recommend First Coast Home Pro’s to anyone in need of quality carpet and tile cleaning!
We had an old, weathered wooden fence which had partially collapsed in a wind storm which we needed repaired, not replaced, so as to minimize cost. Joe from First Coast Home Pros came out, surveyed the fence, listened to our needs and gave us a written estimate. The price was fair and reasonable and we agreed. On the scheduled day Joe came out with all the needed tools and materials and went to work professionally and efficiently. He completed the job on time and on budget, and he exceeded our expectations. We would use First Coast Home Pros again for another handyman job.
The team at First Coast Home Pros is great! I'm new to the area and needed power washing services. Josh explained the process in detail, the work crew arrived on time and their work exceeded my expectations. The end product speaks for itself so when my neighbors give me a complement, I will gladly tell them to check out the team at First Coast Home Pros!!
Great experience. Highly recommend. (I was recommended to them by a friend) From estimate to scheduling to service completion: professional, courteous, efficient. Every inch of apartment is fabulously clean. Very respectful of surfaces and requests on what not to use on them. Every item placed in exact same position as before they cleaned. I will have this deep clean done every year. And plan to use them for periodic updates. Special thank you to Tracey, Theresa and Teara for an exceptional job.
I live in a picky HOA community and every little thing is noticed. My clay tile roof was in extremely needy of a good cleaning. FCH Pros were top notch professionals from the bidding process through the cleaning and wrap up. I would recommend them to anyone all day long.
