Terrible. Came in because I had a fever and swollen lymph nodes. Hurts to swallow. Dr never once check to feel my lymph nodes. Asked to have my ears drained for the second time and got denied. Prescription wasn’t even ready. Terrible customer service. Kept calling me to make me come in earlier when I don’t get off work until 5pm and work half and hour a way. They told me the latest apt was at 5.30pm called two times to rush me to come in and didn’t even give me the services I needed. Dr is clueless thinks I had Strep throat and told her I had tonsil stones. And wanted a referral to ENT never got that.

The office would not simply cancel an unnecessary follow-up appointment stating the PA [Caitlin] must see you AFTER I reviewed my tests with no findings to be concerned about. The PA saw via the chat that I preferred to cancel, the front desk advised she said I needed to keep the appointment to come in and speak with her. She then communicated in chat that she'll speak with me at the appointment- a few days after I'd gone in for my physical. I thought there was something wrong with me that I was not seeing in the tests.. I went in to learn that I was just fine, and received a $68 co-pay for the pleasure of going to a follow-up for NO reason. One that they strategically refused to cancel by "strongly encourage you to come in" type of language. When I've seen PA Tammy Martinez, this was never an issue. Additionally, refusal to refill a prescription without paying for another visit is insane... Then providing NO Refills, so you must come in and pay, AGAIN each time. I've never felt nickeled and dimed at a medical facility. Calling in prescription refills has never in my life required an office visit!! The copay for unnecessary visits costs more than the prescription itself. I called to express my concerns to the Office Manager - [always in a meeting & we still haven't communicated on this experience]. Stay away! No medical visits should be an economic hustle & emotional confusion at the expense of your patients. I do not recommend the facility for this reason, which is more than enough. No need to reply here for damage control. I called as recently as yesterday, and [still] no follow-up communication. I was advised to send an email-- so here's the email with PSA of these discouraging tactics I think future [and current] patients should avoid. When patients reach out to you about their experience they should be heard, not dismissed & disregarded. Do not recommend!! Edit: 12.10.2025 After posting on Google, a voicemail was received from the Office Manager. I considered the tone of the message abrasive, beyond the scope of what I'd expect from a medical establishment you entrust with your care. I was informed that the practice will no longer provide services for me. While I'd already made that decision for myself, I could imagine the impact a message like this could have for another so I returned the call for better understanding of the perceived tone. I was met with gaslighting - when you report a problem, you ARE the problem. I was accused of being rude to the staff. I was curious as to how, that was not explained. I asked had she reviewed any calls to verify the allegations, that [also] was not done. No clear explanation as to how/when I was rude. I assured her that I was never rude to anyone at that facility & that they were never rude to me. **The staff has always been professional & pleasant ** I stated: If I'm not being rude to you after the message you left, why do you imagine I'd be rude to them when they've done nothing? I've never had an issue with the staff being anything less than kind. Where the ball was dropped is what I made my best effort to privately report to the facility. Professional approach and EQ~ Patients making you aware of their experiences allows you the opportunity to explore what can be done better. Don't react, respond & seek to understand their point of view. We were able to have an amicable conversation after gaining clarity on the initial approach. I understood she was "defending her staff" but there was nothing to "defend". Trust your staff but verify the veracity of their statements before approaching a patient. In leadership, measured responses are good practice. First Coast Team: You've been timely, polite & always pleasant. The facility is clean, warm & welcoming. This one-off experience does not dismiss the gratitude I have always expressed at every visit and with every phone call for all that you do. ✨️ Being heard ~ finding the space between understanding & being understood. When we pause, we can see the humanity of another.✨️
The entire staff at this office is absolutely amazing! From my kids to my aging mother they take great care of us every time! Appointments are readily available, phones answered, follow ups accurate and timely! I would highly recommend this office for ANY of your medical needs.
The staff is very helpful and go beyond the normal patient care. I really want to thank Courtney for all the help she has given me and my family. The pa Caitlin Lonergan is very helpful and listens to all my concerns
Tammy Martinez is absolutely phenomenal, and Caitlynn is awesome! Whenever I have the chance to see Tammy, I make sure to—she is always on point. Both of them genuinely care and truly prioritize my health and well-being. I wouldn’t change a thing about either of them. Thanks to Tammy, my health is back on track, and I’m incredibly grateful!
