Our roof was damaged from high winds. We had 2 roofing companies come out and look at it. They both agreed that it should be replaced and they gave me the reasons why compared to just repairing it. I contacted my insurance company and they sent someone out that didn't even go on the roof. The insurance company told me they would just repair it. I tried talking to them explaining the reasons why it should be replaced and they refused to listen. Someone then told me about First Coast Claim Consultants. I contacted Mark and he went into action. From that day on Mark handled everything with our insurance company and they replaced the roof. The insurance company then told me I must use a roofer from them that was 4 hours away. I wanted to use a local company and Mark handled that for me. If We had questions William was always just a phone call away to assist. He has a great demeanor and was always able to calm me down and handle the situation. You can tell they are very experienced in the whole process. We are so grateful to have had them help us.

Where do I start?! I don't post reviews often but I just had to step out of my comfort zone and give praise to First Coast Claim Consultants and how satisfied I am! They were absolutely fantastic with consistently informing me of my claim status; especially from William! He patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease after my insurance company denied my claim. FCC mediated on my behalf and got the job done! When the first adjuster we were hiring to look at our home's damage told us he couldn't help us, we Called Dave with First Coast Claims. Dave and his team were able to get us the money we needed to fix our roof and other damages to our home which also required us to repaint our home. Dave and his staff are prompt, and respond in the most timely way. I never had to worry about a single thing with Dave handling my case.
