Dr. Swami and his care- phenomenal. Unfortunately, office staff (billing), very unprofessional and an overall “not my problem” attitude even though I had already taken the time to speak with the insurance company before reaching out to the office. Loud background noise on the phone and a rude tone, unwilling to troubleshoot the obvious disconnect between the insurance company and the billing codes. Insurance told me exactly what the problem was but we didn’t even get that far on the phone because of her poor attitude and it was clear she was either having a bad day or just generally unwilling to spend time on correcting it.

Outstanding office staff and knowledgeable doctor! Kudos to Kelly and Amanda for being the absolute best! Thank you very much for your care!

Dr. Swami and the entire staff at First Coast Allergy and Asthma are always friendly and professional. I have been a patient for a number of years and since day one, I have always been treated well and with excellent service. The staff always greets me by my name and with a smile when I come in for my shots and/or appointments. Anytime I've called when I'm sick and needed an appointment that day, Dr. Swami and the staff have worked me in, even if it meant staying past normal office hours! If you're looking for an Allergist, I highly recommend Dr. Swami. He has multiple office locations to serve you, which is an extra bonus!
