First Class Barbers Of Orange Park

My man Beau cuts hair very well. I knew the kind of cut I wanted, however I didn’t know how to relay it properly. He explained the cut lengths, types of cards I liked and explained it easily. Without being condescending as others can be. He cut my hair for years now, and I’ve always satisfied. He’s also honest with the prices and never surprises you in a negative way. You may even get his number and can coordinate an appointment.

I will not be returning due to the way we were treated today. Our appointment was at 4:30, we arrived early, and then sat waiting while the barber stayed on the phone for several minutes with a very nonchalant attitude, making us feel like we were interrupting instead of valued customers. At the end of the day, customers CHOOSE where they spend their money, and people do not have to patronize your establishment. A little professionalism and acknowledgment go a long way. She did a good job on my son’s haircut, and I absolutely would have tipped had I felt like our time, money, and business were appreciated. Based on other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. I genuinely hope this business chooses to do better and learns that customer service matters just as much as the haircut itself.

I always go to my man Bo he gets me right every single time highly recommend.

Had Bo and he was great, high atention to detail ill definitely be back
