We had an amazing experience with this Title Company! What could have been a very stressful event for us (two simultaneous closings 150 miles apart) was handled flawlessly! Holli and her team were with us every step of the way through the process!

An hour late due to "revised paperwork". No apologies made to the buyers or their agent. The notary's phone was constantly vibrating; at one point she turned to look at her phone. This company has no respect for their customers' time nor did they seem to care about communicating effectively.

Real estate agents beware they missed our brokerage transaction fee on the closing statement and never provided a draft so that I have the opportunity to catch it. Title company not accountable for their own mistake and I as a real estate agent had to eat that money because I wasn’t gonna ask my clients for that after the closing transaction. This title company was used through a new build. Would not choose to work with his title company in the future.
