I have seen Hugo for various issues over the past four years, including a back injury, shoulder and elbow pain, and poor ankle mobility. His assessments are extremely thorough and he focuses on finding the root cause of problems instead of just treating symptoms. He never gives up on finding a solution. If something isn’t improving as expected, he’ll reassess, test, and adjust the plan rather than leaving you feeling frustrated or without answers. My ankle mobility has improved so much I can run without calf pain, and I can squat better than I ever have before. I would happily recommend Hugo to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely caring physical therapist!
Hugo has been an excellent trainer to work with. Over the past six months, I have learned so much about my body, and I have seen great improvement through the workouts he has prescribed. As a professional golfer his insight has helped me out tremendously. He is very knowledgeable, plus he quickly responds to my text messages when I have questions, which is awesome.
Hugo’s knowledge of strength and fitness as it pertains to golf and other sports is of the highest tier. For myself in particular, I was weak and dealing with pain that for 2 years seemed impossible to figure out. Hugo was able to come up with a multi-phase treatment and workout plan to not just return to what I was before, but surpass that. I have seen flexibility, stability and speed gains in my work with Hugo that before I could not attain. In golf there is always room for improvement and Hugo can undoubtedly help all golfers, no matter the scenario, achieve that.
Hugo is the absolute best!! He has helped me so much with my golf game, such a game changer! My swing speed is up, and I feel so much stronger! Highly recommend to any golfer looking to take their game to the next level!
Hugo has been a huge help for my golf game. My swing speed is up, I am much stronger and I haven’t had the back pain that used to bother me on the course. I would highly recommend Hugo to any golfer trying to improve their game!
