Found a truck online at Fields Cadillac i was interested in. Called and spoke to Todd. He answered all my questions and worked around my tight schedule.We agreed on a price and I flew in from out of state to pick it up. The team over at Fields was kind enough and accommodating to pick me up at the airport. Real white glove service. Its a breath of fresh air to have a knowledgeable team and show real costumer service at a car dealership these days.If your looking for a new or previously owned vehicle,i cannot recommend them enough. P.S. This was Todd's day off and his birthday as well but he came into work to accommodate me in getting everything taken care of and getting me on my way. If your local this shop is a must visit. And if your from out of town its worth the trip over( they will make you lunch right in the dealership!) Shop with confidence.
What a great dealership! Had a BLT made by chef in courtesy cafe and looked at cars while my purchase was being prepared. Kevin was excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. A block off the interstate and easy to access. Highly recommend Fields Cadillac Jacksonville Florida.
Kevin is great to work with. He is very informative and professional in every way. He contacted me about a CT5-V Blackwing that was arriving and worked with me on trading a Corvette. Kevin gave us a good walk through and familiarizing us with the new car. The car was delivered in the showroom with fanfare. It was very well detailed. Overall, a very good experience with Fields Cadillac and with Kevin.
Great experience. Wonderful customer service especially from the young woman w/braids (I apologize I didn't get her name) to the mini tour from the man that was also my service advisor. I was happy for the first time, being greeted with a hello when bringing my car for service. My car was checked out thoroughly and serviced. My issue was resolved. Impressed for my first time customer experience at this Fields Cadillac Blanding Blvd. location. Also, it should be noted that the made to order lunch prepared by chef Mr. Ken was delicious. Great service in the café. Restrooms and lounge were clean and very neat. Tv content was appropriate and neutral. 10/10 on everything.
John Barrett provided excellent prompt service with great and pleasant attitude. Free hot breakfast was delicious! The cook was really nice and our omeletes with cheese grits were exceptionally good. Thank you Fields Cadillac for always making my service visits none less than Great! And always have THE best hot food! Life long customer...
