Fidelity Investments

I have been investing through Fidelity in the Jacksonville Town Center for many years. Mike Keefe is the Financial Planner (CFP) who helps me with a self-directed account. He is an accountant by training and has spent many years helping investors at Fidelity. Briefly Mike is very competent, knows quite a bit about many investment products, knows financial planning, is low keyed and is trustworthy. I would recommend Mike to a relative or good friend. Fidelity is also a great investment platform versus so many other firms which charge too much. You can tailor the fees you pay to the specific products/services Fidelity offers. That is a level of customization not offered by so many other investment firms. Thank you Fidelity. Thank you Mike.

Had an appointment, drove 150 miles only to be told when we got there that our associate went home sick. Suggested a call or zoom but had already talked about that, this is why we came in. Requested another team member no one available. Seriously! Later the day we called to get assistance to send a message that this was urgent. Loosing money as we wait! So the team member calls back before closing 4:58 pm and left a message that to call back the next day. We did call and this morning. Still no return call! So we will be moving our money. Never get a call back, days later or they seem not to recall what they talked to you about. I’m sure their not that busy. Don’t use Fidelity!

If you’re looking for great customer service this is NOT the company. They do not return calls, use stall tactics and there is no upper management to speak to. Not allowed to speak to “The Back Office” and they refuse to give information about who to contact that has the ability to tell the truth and will listen/not stall. If you ask to speak to a manager because you need immediate help and the response is “48 hour turn around for managers”. everyone seems more important than the person who’s money they hold. Very disappointed

I worked with agent Emily Rose on reissue of a lost check. Hopefully my experience with her attentiveness and efficiency is a benchmark of all their employees.
