Fidelity Investments

Very friendly and helpful.

I called the number associated with this branch. Unfortunately it was a centralized number. I enquired if I could deposit cash at the branch and needed confirmation. The agent had to get confirmation and said yes absolutely. I told him I was over an hour away and needed assurance of the deposit and he again confirmed. I arrived at the branch and I was told sorry you got the incorrect info from "our " company. Wasted over 2 hours and gas and not even a thought to reimburse the basic expense of fidelitys mistake. Maybe there needs to be an option to call the branch so information is correct. Either way it's one company and regardless of whom I spoke to someone should do something about it and not empty "I'm sorry". Fortunately there's an Edward Jones in my town.
