Fidelis Freight

Nothing but a bunch of used car salesmen trying to book freight. They will lie steal cheat and do whatever they can to keep you in debt. Don’t sign that lease agreement you’ll never make a penny! Sat every weekend on 300mi loads cause they can’t book a load more than one hour in advance. My truck broke down and instead of sending another driver to get their trailer they charged me 475 dollars a week for “non-delivery fees” Stay away from these LOSERS!!!

Based off the last review this business Owner and all the office staff have integrity and stand by operating a Safe and Compliant fleet. REFRESHING!!! They clearly hold theirselves and the Owner Operators leased on to the company to the highest standards and expectation of operating within the FMCSA guidelines. As an Owner Operator, you should want to reduce risk, exposure, and liability to your own company and the company supporting your business by ensuring you are running LEGAL and SAFE, keeping the motoring public safe, and getting back home to your families safe. It should go without saying that if a high producing Owner Operator was released for not running in compliance that this company is standing firm on upholding FMCSA regulations, running their business with integrity and expect that same committment from anyone joining this team! I have the utmost respect for ANY Business Owner to make a decision to protect the public amd their business by identify those refusing to run in compliance and if necessary, releasing those who refuse to operate withing the FMCSA regulations because we all have family on the road and hopefully everyone can appreciate that the this company wants EVERYONE to get home safe! #MADRESPECT!!!

Stay away from this company, they will not pay. If you want to run your truck for free, then this the company. Send you settlements reports but doesn't deposit money in your account.

I have good and bad experiences, but trucking isn't for everyone. Debra and Lori are awesome, and always go above and beyond.
