What a super honest business! I had a used transmission put in my 1998 Pontiac Sunfire Convertible. They found me a transmission and completed the job in a timely manner. I was charged a fair price. I went to pick up my car and automatically had an issue and returned. They fixed it promptly and did not charge me. Picked my car up again, still had issues. I had to have my car towed. They picked it up without charge and fixed it without charge. I finally got it out and it's running like a champ. Better than it ever has. I would highly recommend Ferry Total Automotive Care for any and all of your mechanical needs.
Got work.done there. Super nice staff, great prices and very professional. Best place around to take your vehicle. Will return back when any repairs are needed.
Stay away from this place. This guy likes to quote people prices and then charge more than what was quoted. And on top of that, this guy actually has the nerve to tell you when you question why the price is more than what’s quoted that you’re lucky I didn’t charge you more than that. What a joke. Rude and unprofessional.
Use to be the only place we took our vehicles to work on. But told today after waiting a week for them to tow our car to their shop to work on our car. Was Told that they didn’t “want” to fix it because it would take too long to fix even after they quoted us and we were willing to pay. Don’t waste y’all’s time!!!!
Great and quick service with very fair prices. Very knowledgeable personnel. Highly recommend!
