Now that everything is all said and done, I feel like I can give a 100% honest review. We just lost my father in law and this was the funeral home his wife used to take care of him. I came into this when I had reached out for support of making some memorial items for family that is in DE. From my first phone call to my very last I feel like I received the most amazing level of service. They helped me select the best options for what we were trying to achieve, and I feel like they were reasonably priced. I never felt like they were trying to up sell anything to me during such a vulnerable time. I was kept in the loop with the whole process through text email and phone calls. A wonderful young lady named Payton is who I worked with the most and I must say she went above and beyond the call of duty to help support us even with us being so far away. Payton is an amazing representation of this establishment. Not all Superheros were capes, and Payton is absolutely a superhero. Thank you all for making such a difficult and painful time peaceful and manageable. I absolutely recommend using them in the event you need support during the loss of a loved one. Todd and his entire staff did an amazing job taking care of my precious mother. They truly made the most difficult time much less stressful and manageable with their compassion and love showing in all aspects of what they do. My siblings and I did not feel rushed or pressured when trying to make all the decisions that have to be made after the death of our sweet mama. Thank you all so much!
