Dr. Tom Beckerton is very good at listening and recommending the therapy he knows will help me. His adjustments are careful and targeted. Michelle, physical therapist, is very good at her job and is able to help me work through pain. Marlene, office manager, is very knowledgeable about insurance matters and keeps the office humming! She decorates the office every holiday just for the patients enjoyment. It's a very friendly and welcoming office. The recent addition of the massage chairs is the cherry on top!
Hands down Best experience in Yulee & Fernandina! The first visit we did X-rays and it felt very professional. I have been going to chiropractors for the last 5 years due to chronic migraines & after Dr Beckerton weekly adjustments- very minimal for the last year. Marlene at the front desk saved my day today- I was headed out of town to travel for work & called to get an adjustment- she was able to flex appointments and got me in before leaving town. Great customer service and very clean office. You’ve got my bones for life! ** updating on 3.24 due to Kaydie at the front desk. I walked in on a completely different day than scheduled - I was in a panic & she was so comforting and accommodating in that moment. Thank you for “squeezing me in I appreciate your kindness. Doesn’t get better than Dr Beckerton & Staff! Makes you feel like family
Dr. Beckerton and all of the staff are fantastic! Dr. Beckerton is great at tailoring treatment plans to my specific needs. He takes the time to understand the bigger picture and makes changes along the way as needed. He is very precise with his adjustments and I feel comfortable in his care. Michelle is the smartest PT I've ever worked with! She goes above and beyond to explain what's really happening at the source of the pain--this helps me understand it better and feel like I am taking a more active role in my care. All of the staff is wonderful, but Marlene in particular has always gone above and beyond to get us taken care of. Also, the new massage chairs earn you guys a bonus five stars!😆 -Nicole Jorgenson
Dr. Hanson is truly exceptional. He is thorough, knowledgeablerr, and takes the time to listen to my concerns. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and is dedicated to helping them feel their best. I highly recommend Fernandina Chiropractic Center and both of their providers to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality chiropractic care!
Dr Beckerton is amazing!!! I can tell a difference just the few times I have been. Him and his team go above and beyond yo help as much as possible! Unfortunately, I had to cancel an appointment last week due to work but thanks to the ladies up front I was able to come in and atleast get a session in the massage chairs! 5 stars everytime!!!
