I have never had a bad experience Felicia Foot Allstate agency. Courtesy is the utmost importance to me and they are great. Meagan is exceptional at her job . Took good care of my needs . Thank you.
I have trusted Felisha and her team for over a decade to insure my home and autos. They have the knowledge and experience to provide exceptional customer service. I have saved thousands of dollars annually with their drive to show compassion and care for their clients. I trust their advice and recommendations with confidence. I definitely suggest visiting her office in person. The level of professionalism is complimented by their down home demeanor.
The Felisha Foote Insurance team is amazing! Amber, Meagan and the staff are friendly, professional, and helped my entire family find the right coverage. They actually make insurance fun. I am so glad I switched to this highly recommended agency!
Meagan B has been wonderful in taking care of my issues with our auto policies and also adding an umbrella policy. I was ready to switch companies and Meagan was able to offer me a tremendous discount where I didn't have to switch. She also found me a great deal on an umbrella policy. Meagan was so personable and nice. She was very easy to talk to and listened to my concerns and then resolving those concerns. I am extremely pleased with Felisha Foote's agency and how knowledgeable her staff is. I would highly recommend this Allstate Agency.
THIS office in particular has OUTSTANDING customer service! I have dealt with many insurance companies and this is the FIRST insurance company and office where the customer service is PHENOMENAL! Felisha Foote, Gillian and Carrie to name a few, have been AMAZING to deal with! If you are shopping for insurance….I would DEFINITELY recommend THIS Allstate office to anyone looking! Thank you Felisha Foote for having such a GREAT team! We appreciate you ALL!!!
