FaverGray Homes

We have been working with the FaverGray team on their new home construction projects for around four years. Adam and his team are professional, and effectively communicate project details and job schedules, which helps move their projects along efficiently. They understand how to turn the concept of a dream home into reality.

We selected FaverGray Homes to build our custom home in Atlantic Beach, Florida. Working with them has been exceptional. From day one, the experience has been seamless, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. They have a three-man dream team: a hands-on Superintendent onsite every day ensuring everything runs smoothly; a detail-oriented Project manager who meticulously tracks timelines, budgets, and subcontractors so nothing falls through the cracks; and an owner whose attention to detail and natural design eye elevate the entire process. That combination is rare—and it shows in every aspect of their work. What impressed us most was how easy they made everything feel. They collaborated effortlessly with our designer, stayed true to their word, and delivered exactly what they promised—on time and with a level of craftsmanship that speaks for itself. The quality is high-class, refined, and built to last. Beyond their professionalism, they bring a warmth and integrity that can be hard to find in their industry. Having them in our home felt less like managing a construction project and more like having trusted family members working alongside us. We feel fortunate to be able to say that about their builder. We've received constant compliments from our neighbors about our home during and after the build. Not only about the quality and look of our home, but also about how well-managed and clean the jobsite was throughout the process. We'd would recommend FaverGray to anyone without hesitation. It was worth every penny.

We’re currently in the preconstruction phase of demolishing and rebuilding our home with FaverGray, and the experience so far has been incredibly positive. From the very beginning, their team has been organized, transparent, and extremely responsive. They’ve taken the time to walk us through each step, answer every question, and make sure we feel confident in the decisions we’re making. It’s clear they care about getting everything right before construction even begins, which gives us a lot of confidence moving forward with such a big project. Our new home is starting soon and is going to be perfect! We’re excited for the next phase and grateful to be working with this team!
