So I set my son up to see David Flowbee to get his hair cut. I showed him picture and explained I wanted a mid fade with a little left on top even showed him a pic the picture on the right is what I showed him how I wanted it . He tried to give him a drop fade, which I told him in the beginning and right there look are you trying to do a drop fade because that’s not what I want I want a regular fade. I didn’t ask for a drop feed. I asked it for a mid feed with a little bit left on top so I go to the bathroom. I come back and my sons hair had gel and stuff all in it done all up so you really couldn’t tell what was going on so he knew it looked like this. So you did it so I couldn’t tell so we would just get up the road for $45 including the tip he gave my son a bowl cut I mean this looks crazy. This is almost a week or so later I gave you a chance that maybe it would just grow out no it grew out to exactly how he cut it and it looks horrible. I would never recommend anybody going to this guy, especially after he told a guy in there that he’s been doing this for x amount of years and that he knows what he’s doing if I could get my money back I sure enough would Do not go there and let this guy cut your hair I don’t know about the rest of the guys they all there cuts were looking good his cut is on the left that’s crazy how it looks
First time at Fat Cats and the place is great! Seems to be a great bunch of guys doing what they enjoy and having fun in the process. The usual busting of chops with occasional haircuts. A honest barber shop! Growing my hair out (yes, out) but want some length on top with longer bangs neat sides and back. Booked with David "Flowbee" and came in with some examples of styles. David took his time and gave me a proper consult. When he started cutting he was very methodical in analyzing this new skull and the myriad cowlicks attached to it. Very happy with the cut and especially the time and care he took with a new customer. I warned him he has a new customer.
I have had David “flowbee” as my barber for close to three years. David always is very friendly and remembers what we chatted about at my last appointment. (Personally I think he has a cheat book he looks at). I get a great haircut and beard trim every time I head to Fat Cats! All of the guys at the shop are great! David, Mike, Wade and Nick, good barbers. Since day one I knew I found my hometown, local guys barbershop! I feel like I have known the guys my entire life! Plus they have a special beverage fridge that is always stocked with the good stuff! Great local business with great people! Highly recommend Fat Cats Groom House! -Gator Man Approved
The shop was decent but the fade was terrible. $40 for a less than average cut. I'm sure there's a good Barber in there. Not sure the fella's name that cut my hair. Probably an apprentice or something, very unsatisfied though. Will not go back
Scheduled a cut with Nick. The cut was perfect and he was very personable. The shop was clean and staff was friendly. I will definitely return.
