Family Promise of Jacksonville

Hello I been calling since last month an I haven’t got a call back yet or y’all have a different number smh

This place was a blessing. They did for me and my family I'm not sure anyone else would've done. They provided food,clothing,shelter and a means of transportation for me,my husband and 2 children. I was connected with resources that allowed my children to get to and from school everyday. They gave us monthly bus cards so my husband and I were able to get ourselves back and forth to school. They found us an apartment, paid the first months rent, deposit and utility deposit. My children were still able to get to and from school after we left family Promise AND they helped us with our rent again. If you take advantage of the resources they have available you'll Accomplish alot. I don't even remember how I found this place but it was life changing for me and my family and we are forever grateful. Shout out to Ms. Rochelle, Ms. Beth and Mike. May they forever be blessed.

No call back despite being told otherwise, and they seem to have "misplaced" our application. Will update the rating when I see a little human decency and compassion. Edit: I left messages and nothing, the one time someone answered she didn't seem to care my wife and I have a our minor son with is and our adult autistic son and we're on the street. If I could give zero stars, I would.

No one answers the phones, returns calls or emails. I've tried every feasible method of contacting them to receive help for WEEKS. The ONE time someone did answer the phone, he took my information and "passed it along to the case manager and she'll give you a call". Surprise surprise, no call back. No returned emails. Nothing. I finally just went up there this morning. A lady over the intercom (wouldn't even open the door for me) informed me that I needed an appointment to be seen. I asked her how in the world am I supposed to get an appointment if there is no way to get a hold of anybody? She just said again I need to make an appointment. This is utterly disappointing because I really need help. Very unprofessional and no help whatsoever. I guess I'll sleep in my car again tonight.. I'm only writing this review in the hopes that it will get their attention and they'll give me a call. Please. EDIT: They called me back and informed me I was on their waiting list. Upgrade from one to two stars.
