Dr. Revello was awesome. However, he has retired. Dr. Yavari is unprofessional and incompetent. She did not continue my treatment plan which I have been on for years. Office staff is rude. Look for another physician. You won't like it here.

I have been going to this office for years. The doctors and ARNPs are wonderful. You will not get shuffled out the door do they can push more people through and they really care about you. Cassandra is fantastic!
I am a social worker and work with countless Drs offices in Jacksonville. This office is BY far the rudest that I have ever worked with - The staff was insensitive and unkind. I will be moving to get my client another Dr. asap and will never refer a client, family member for friend. If I could give it zero stars - I would.
I am in total SHOCK. Family Medical Center Riverside told me Dr.Revollo retired. So I had been seeing a ARNP there. Then I find out Dr.Revollo is now at 120 King Street. Passing this along to Im sure the many other patients lied to.
I've been a patient for a year. The Dr sent the wrong strength of Rx to my pharmacy. 5 business days later and contact with the office staff 3 times and nothing resolved.
