Great experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the dentist made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Family Dental as I begin my Invisalign journey! I just received my first set of trays, and Dr. Blum and Rebecca made the entire process easy, comfortable, and exciting. They took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about wearing and caring for my aligners. Dr. Blum and Rebecca are both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their patients. Their attention to detail and friendly approach made me feel confident that I’m in great hands. I’m looking forward to seeing my results over the coming months. The office is cheerful and welcoming. The entire staff is professional and each service was provided expeditiously. Dr. Blum is very thorough in explaining the diagnosis, required treatment, and in performing procedures. A summation of the service recieved from her is priceless. P.S. I loved the invisalign promotion with snoopy.
I saw Dr. Schultz for an extraction today. This was by far the best dental experience I've had for the following reasons. 1. Office staff was super friendly and professional. 2. I was seen on-time (actually a few minutes early). 3. Dr. Schultz took time to explain some additional questions prior to the procedure. 4. The numbing injection was hardly felt (unusual for me). The procedure was done quickly and pain free, whoohoo. 5. Checking out was easy and efficient. I can highly recommend this dental office. Thank you for an awesome experience!
Nice business. Everyone super nice. Only issue is I was there 75 minutes but actual time I was helped was 20 minutes and the rest was waiting time. Also appointment that appointment and next one months apart.
